Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Shopify app has a Free plan with 10 AI try-ons per month, no credit card required, and every customization and analytics feature included. WordPress and Magento plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
When do the Shopify plans start?
Shopify subscription plans launch in early August 2026. Read the full announcement, including how additional try-ons are billed, on our virtual try-on pricing page.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. On Shopify you can upgrade, switch, or cancel at any time from the Billing & Plans page in your Shopify admin. For WordPress and Magento, contact support and we will adjust your license.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify plans are billed through Shopify Billing, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice with no extra card to add. For WordPress and Magento, we accept PayPal (credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance).
Is there a money-back guarantee?
WordPress and Magento plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. On Shopify you can start on the Free plan and cancel a paid plan at any time with no commitment.
What happens when my license expires?
Your plugin will continue to work, but you won't receive updates or support. You can renew at any time to restore full access.
