Low-stock message

Turn on the message

   Open Settings

   Go to Settings and find Stock urgency.

   Tick Show a low-stock message

   The rest of the settings appear.

   Write the message

   Type your text in Message, up to 120 characters. Use {n} where the remaining quantity should go, for example Only {n} left in stock.

   Set when it appears

   Move the slider Show when N or fewer are left (1 to 100). The message only shows once the selected variant's quantity drops to that number or below.

   Choose an icon, colour and animation

   Setting	Choices
   Icon	None, Fire 🔥, Clock ⏰, Bolt ⚡, Hourglass ⏳, Warning ⚠️
   Color	Default, Warning, Urgent, Success, Neutral, or any hex colour
   Animation	None, Pulse, Blink

   The Preview shows the result as you change it.

   Save

   Click Save in the save bar.

When the message shows

• On product pages only, directly under the swatches.
• For the selected variant, and it updates when the shopper picks another value.
• Only when that variant tracks inventory and has between 1 and your threshold left. Sold-out variants and variants that don't track inventory show nothing.

Troubleshooting

• Show a low-stock message is ticked and you clicked Save.
• The message isn't empty.
• The selected variant tracks inventory and its quantity is at or below your threshold, but above zero.
• The product uses the app's picker (see Add swatches to product pages).
