Create a style rule
A rule takes a set of products and changes how some of their options look. Here's how to build one, using a clearance collection that shows Size as a dropdown as the example.
Prerequisites
The style you want to switch to exists in Styles, on the right tab: Product page for product page changes, Product cards for card changes.
Build the rule

Click Create rule
Go to Style rules and click Create rule.

Name it
Under Rule details, enter a Name (up to 60 characters), such as Clearance: size dropdown. Leave Rule is on switched on.

Choose what it applies to
Under Applies to, click Add collections and pick the clearance collection, or Add products to pick products one by one. Every product in a chosen collection is covered.

Set what changes
Under What changes, every option has two menus: Product page and Cards. For Size, set Product page to Dropdown. Leave other options on No change.
The Cards menu also offers Hide on product cards.

Save
Click Save. The app tags the targeted products in the background, then the rule is live.
Important
A rule needs at least one product or collection, and at least one option set to something other than No change. The app won't save a rule that would do nothing.
Example rules

Edit, pause or delete a rule
- Click the pencil on a rule to edit it, then Save.
- Switch off Rule is on to pause the rule. It stays saved but doesn't affect your store.
- Click the bin to delete a rule. Its tags are cleared from your products. This can't be undone.
- Select several rules to Activate, Deactivate or Delete them in one go.
