Analytics
Analytics shows try-on activity, cart events, product-level purchases and attributed revenue. Use it to understand activity around the widget, with the counting rules below in mind.
Choose the reporting period
Open Analytics and choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. Today and Yesterday use the shop's timezone. The longer options are rolling periods ending at the current time.
Read the main metrics
| Metric | How to interpret it |
|---|---|
| Total Try-Ons | Job records created in the chosen period, including statuses other than completed. |
| Add to Cart | Tracked cart events associated with the widget experience. |
| Purchases | Recorded product-level purchase events, not necessarily distinct orders or distinct customers. |
| Revenue | Matched product-line revenue after recorded discounts and refunds, excluding cancelled events and incompatible currency totals. |
| Try-On → Cart / Try-On → Purchase | Event-count ratios against total job records. They are not a cohort of individually matched shoppers. |

- Revenue and Conversion Activity show activity over time.
- Conversion Funnel shows Widget Opened, Try-On, Add to Cart and Purchase event totals.
- Top Products compares product activity, purchases and revenue.
- Usage shows the store allowance; Recent Try-Ons shows the latest completed results and is not restricted to the selected report period.
Attribution is product-level
A purchase can be attributed when that product had a completed try-on anywhere in the store during the prior seven days. The current implementation does not require the purchaser to be the person who tried it on. These totals do not prove incremental revenue caused by try-on.
If the report is empty
Complete a storefront try-on, then refresh Analytics with a period containing the activity. Merely changing the design preview does not create a real try-on. Test orders are excluded from purchase tracking.
