Try-On History
Open History to browse completed try-ons for your store. This screen shows successful job records; it is not a queue of every pending or failed generation.
Find a completed result

Choose a date range
The initial view uses the last seven days. Choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30/90 days or All time as needed.

Search by product
Use Search product name to narrow the records. Clear the field if you are unsure how the product was named at the time.

Open a result
Open the record's detail view to compare its Product Image and Result Image. Use pagination to review more records.
What the columns mean
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Image / Product | Product information captured with the job. |
| Result | Generated image, if it is still retained. |
| Status | The completion status; this view currently filters to completed jobs. |
| Date | The job date displayed using the shop's timezone setting. |
Why an image or job is missing
- The job did not finish successfully and is outside this completed-only view.
- The product search or date range excludes it.
- The result image has expired even though the record remains.
- The record was deleted from admin History.
Delete records
Select records and choose Delete selected, or use the individual delete action. Review the confirmation carefully: record deletion cannot be undone. It can also change reports that count job records. It does not refund plan usage or establish that hosted image files were removed.
