Browse and export captured emails
Open Emails to search the captured list, inspect consent and download a CSV. Capture records are separate from Try-On History.
Find the records you need
- 1
Search email or product
Use the search field to narrow the list by address or product name.
- 2
Choose a date range
Select Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30/90 days or All time.
- 3
Filter consent
Choose All, Consented or Not consented and inspect the Consent column.
- 4
Export CSV
Click Export CSV. The export includes all matching records for the active filters, not just the visible page or checked rows.
CSV columns
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Captured email address. | |
| Marketing Consent | Yes or No. |
| Product | Product context recorded with the capture. |
| Source | Where the address was captured. |
| Date | The record creation timestamp in ISO format. |
The export is a file download. It does not itself send a campaign or automatically subscribe the list to an email platform. Use the consent filter to export the subset appropriate for your intended workflow.
Delete selected records
Select the rows you intend to remove and use Delete selected. Deletion removes those email records from the app. Export any records you need before deleting them; it does not clear the email stored in a visitor's browser.
If the list is empty
- Email capture is enabled and saved in Designs.
- A visitor reached the threshold and submitted an address.
- Search and consent filters are not hiding the record.
- The date range includes the original capture date; a repeated address updates an existing record.
