Wishlist Items
Use Wishlist Items to understand demand before a purchase. Products shows which items are being saved; Shoppers shows who still has a list and who is waiting for restock.
Choose the tab that answers your question
| Question | Tab | What to inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Which size should I restock? | Products | Variant title and Waiting for restock. |
| Which products have recent interest? | Products | Saves (30d), together with the total shown alongside it. |
| Does this shopper have saved items? | Shoppers | Shopper identity, Items saved and Waiting. |
| Can I export the records? | Shoppers | Export subscribers. |
Start with a known product
- 1
Open Products
Search using the product's title. If your product has several variants, inspect the variant line under each product name. The recent product list is based on saves from the last 30 days.
- 2
Apply the waiting filter
Tick Only shoppers waiting for restock when the decision is replenishment rather than general wishlist interest. A product-level save with no selected variant does not supply an exact-size waiting count.
- 3
Open Shoppers for the customer view
Switch to Shoppers. Review current saved counts, waiting counts, Purchased and Last active. Its waiting-only filter applies to the table; the CSV export has its own broader scope.
Saves and waiting are different signals
A save means a shopper kept an item. A waiting count means a back-in-stock subscription is still waiting. A shopper can save an in-stock item with no email address, so save counts can be larger than the number of people who could receive an alert.
These lists are not a permanent event history
The app reads saved items that still exist. Removing items or merging a guest list into an account can change the totals. Use the table to understand current and recent retained demand, not as an immutable count of every save click.
If expected data is missing
- Clear the product search and waiting-only filter.
- Check another page of results using the navigation controls.
- For Products, remember the recent-save window is 30 days.
- Repeat a controlled save from the storefront and refresh the app.
- For an email question, inspect Alert log rather than expecting a save row to prove a send.
