Shoppers and CSV export

Review shoppers who currently have saved items, then export the available records if you need to work with them outside the app. Understand the table filter and export scope before relying on the downloaded file.

Read one shopper row

ColumnMeaning
ShopperKnown email or name; otherwise a guest/customer label without email. Account identifies a customer-linked record.
Items savedCurrent number of saved items for that shopper.
WaitingBack-in-stock subscriptions still waiting.
PurchasedWhether the app has identified a purchase for that shopper; it does not say every saved item was purchased.
Last activeMost recent recorded activity date.

The table includes shoppers with at least one saved item and orders them by recent activity. A guest without email is a valid wishlist user but cannot receive normal alerts until an address is supplied and, when required, confirmed.

Filter for waiting shoppers

    Choose Shoppers

    Open Wishlist Items, then select the Shoppers tab. Inspect the unfiltered list first if you are looking for a known test shopper.

    Apply the waiting filter

    Tick Only shoppers waiting for restock. This changes the visible table to shoppers with waiting restock subscriptions. It does not redefine the whole-store shopper count shown by the tab.

    Clear it before diagnosing an absent row

    A person who has already been notified can remain on the unfiltered list but disappear from the waiting-only results. Use the page controls for more rows.

Download the CSV

    Click Export subscribers

    The browser downloads a file named like wishlist-shoppers-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. This is available on the Shoppers tab; the Products table has no separate product CSV export.

    Check the scope

    The export includes shoppers with saved items across table pages and ignores the waiting-only filter. It stops at 10,000 shopper records. If you need a larger export, contact support rather than assuming the file contains the full store.

    Inspect the columns

    The columns are email, name, type, items_saved, waiting_for_restock, purchased and last_active. Type is guest or customer; Purchased is yes/no; Last active is an ISO timestamp when present.

Export subscribers is the button's name, not a consent filter

The CSV can include guests without email and shoppers with saved items who are not eligible for alert delivery. It does not include a dedicated confirmation or unsubscribe column. Do not use it as proof that every address has permission for unrelated marketing.
