Virtual Try-On

Products tab

Find the product and variant people recently saved, then distinguish general interest from active restock requests. This is the practical view to use before replenishing a particular size or colour.

Find the relevant rows

  1. 1

    Search by product name

Open Wishlist Items → Products. Type a product title into Search products. Search uses the product title, so begin with the product name rather than only a size such as Medium.

  2. 2

Read the variant under the title

For a product with several options, compare the smaller variant line before reading the counts. Navy / Small and Navy / Medium are different saved items even though the large product title is the same.

  3. 3

    Focus on waiting shoppers

Tick Only shoppers waiting for restock. This narrows the results to variants with waiting subscriptions. Clear it to return to general recent saves.

  4. 4

    Move through results

Use the previous/next controls when available. The page loads up to 50 rows at a time; changing a search or filter returns you to the beginning of that result set.

Read the columns

ColumnWhat it meansExample
ProductTitle, image and saved variant when known.Classic Tee — Navy / Medium.
Saves (30d)Existing saved items created in the last 30 days, followed by the total existing saved items for that product/variant.8 / 20 total means 8 of the 20 currently retained saves are recent.
Waiting for restockBack-in-stock subscriptions still in waiting for that variant.5 waiting means five pending requests, not necessarily five addresses eligible to send right now.

The recent rows are ordered by save count. A variant with only older saves may not appear in this 30-day product view, even though a shopper still has it on a wishlist. The total is not a lifetime event counter because removing a save removes that record.

Use the data for a restock decision

Suppose Navy / Medium has 8 recent saves and 5 waiting, while Navy / Small has 12 recent saves and no waiting. Medium has direct notification demand. Small has general wishlist interest, which may include in-stock browsing or shoppers who never subscribed. Check actual inventory and the alert settings before deciding what to replenish.

Product-level rows

No size selected

A card heart can save a product without a variant. Treat that row as interest in the product. Do not assign its count to a specific size, and do not expect it to create exact-variant restock subscriptions.

If the waiting count falls after a send

A successfully notified or purchased subscription is no longer waiting. A reduced waiting count after a restock is therefore consistent with completed requests. Open Alert log to inspect the corresponding send; the product table is not a delivery receipt.
