Weekly limits
Max weekly generations per user helps control repeated use by a visitor. It is independent of the allowance shared by the whole store.
Set a weekly limit

Open the generation settings
Go to Try-On → Settings → Generation Limits.

Enter the maximum
Set Max weekly generations per user. The default is 10; use 0 to remove this per-user limit.

Save and check usage
Click Save. If a visitor reports a limit error, check this setting as well as the store's Billing screen.
How the window works
The check looks back over the preceding seven days. It is a rolling window, not a reset every Monday. Existing job records for that visitor count toward it, including jobs that did not complete successfully.
How visitors are recognized
Signed-in usage can be associated with a customer identifier. Guests use browser and request identifiers. Changing devices, browser storage or network context can affect recognition; this setting should not be treated as an exact count of unique people across devices.
When a visitor reaches the limit
The widget can display a weekly-limit message during upload. The visitor must wait until older activity falls outside the rolling window, or you can change the saved per-user setting. A plan upgrade alone does not change this limit.
