Why do I see my theme's picker instead of swatches?
The app hides your theme's picker while it draws the swatches, and uses the theme's picker behind the scenes. Seeing the theme's picker means the app either chose to step back, or couldn't take over.
Only the theme's picker shows
The app deliberately leaves the product to your theme when:
- The Color swatches block isn't on the product template.
- The product is outside your coverage in Where it applies.
- An option on the product uses the Theme default style.
- The product has only a single default variant.
It's also a safety net: if the swatches can't load within about two seconds, the theme's picker comes back so shoppers can still choose. Work through Why can't I see swatches on my product page?
Both pickers show at the same time
Your theme builds its picker in a way the app doesn't recognise yet, so it can't hide it. This is fixed on our side, per theme:

Click Chat with us
On the Dashboard, choose Swatches not showing up or Chat with us.

Send your theme name and a product link
We adjust the app for your theme, usually without you changing anything.
Warning
Don't delete the theme's picker from the template to hide it. The app needs it to switch variants and add the right item to the cart.
