Test your first try-on
Run one complete test on your storefront after enabling the embed and saving product coverage. The design preview inside the app demonstrates appearance; it does not verify the live upload, generation and cart flow.
Prepare a test
Use a published product with a clear image. Check Billing for available usage and Visibility for the visitor type you will use. A real storefront generation uses the store's allowance, including when you are testing your own store.
Walk through the shopper experience
- 1
Choose the variant
Open the product page and select the intended color or variant using your theme's picker. Give the product image time to update.
- 2
Open the widget
Click Try On, or your customized button label. For a new configuration, look at the bottom-right floating position.
- 3
Upload a person photo
Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo up to 10 MB. Use a clear, well-lit view with the relevant part of the body visible. Open Camera is another option on a device that supports it.
- 4
Review and generate
Check the photo preview, use Change Photo if needed, then click Generate My Look. Keep the page open while processing. Button wording can differ if you customized or translated it.
- 5
Inspect the result
Switch between Before and After. If enabled, test Save, Share and Add to Cart. Verify the item, variant and quantity in the cart; completing checkout is unnecessary for this setup test.
- 6
Check the app
Open History to find the completed result and Analytics to review activity. If you changed the date filter, choose a range containing the test.
Check on mobile too
- The floating button does not cover a cookie banner, chat button or navigation control.
- The modal fits the screen and long translated labels remain readable.
- Upload and camera controls work on the device being used.
- The result's Add to Cart action selects the expected variant.
