Install and enable the app
The Shopify integration uses one app embed called Virtual Try-On. Enabling the embed loads the widget on eligible product pages; product selection and design are configured inside the app.

Install Vensa
Install Vensa: AI Virtual Try On from the Shopify App Store and open it from Apps in Shopify admin. Review the permissions shown by Shopify during installation.

Open the theme editor
On the Dashboard, find Getting started → Enable app on storefront and click Enable app. You can also use the enable action in the app's warning banner.

Switch on the embed
In the theme editor's App embeds panel, turn on Virtual Try-On and click Save. Check that you are editing the theme you intend shoppers to use.

Select products
Return to Try-On → Products, choose products or collections, and Save. Enabling the embed alone does not choose your catalog coverage.
Verify the published theme
The app checks the published theme for its status indicator. A widget enabled only on an unpublished theme can work in that theme's preview while the Dashboard still reports it as inactive. Return to the app or refresh it after saving the theme.
- Open a full product page, not a collection card or quick-view popup.
- Confirm the product is selected or belongs to a selected collection.
- Confirm the current visitor is allowed by Try-On → Visibility.
- Check remaining usage in Billing and run your first try-on.
When you change themes
Check the Virtual Try-On embed on the newly published theme. Button selectors and product-image selectors may also need adjustment when the theme markup changes.
Temporarily turn off the widget
Open the same App embeds panel, turn off Virtual Try-On and save. This changes storefront display. Manage any paid subscription separately in Billing.
