Changes do not appear
The editor's preview, saved app settings and a storefront page that is already open can show different states. Check which one you are looking at before repeating an edit.
Check your saved settings
- 1
Finish Save
Click Save in Try-On after edits or selection removals. Resolve required-field errors and wait for the save result.
- 2
Reopen the app screen
Confirm the values are still present after returning to the screen. If they reverted, the edit was not saved successfully.
- 3
Refresh the correct storefront page
Refresh a product covered by your selection on the intended theme. An already-open modal may still be using the configuration loaded earlier.
- 4
Check the language
A translated override can take precedence over default text. Open Designs → Translations for the storefront language you are viewing.
- 5
Check overrides and selectors
Inspect Custom CSS and custom positioning if styling or placement is the only mismatch. Confirm that a paid-only branding edit is available on your current plan.
If app settings save but the storefront stays old
Try saving once more and refresh the product page. If the app keeps the new values but the storefront still uses the old values, contact support with the setting, expected result and product URL. There is no separate merchant-facing catalog-sync button required for this setup.
Scope changes that look ineffective
Removing a product from the individual list does not override Enable for all products or a selected collection. Review all inclusion paths before concluding that saving failed.
